Availability Traffic Lights

For letting properties, you can check provisional availability before making or confirming owner / via owner bookings:

• Red - You must contact reception to ensure we have availability before confirming a booking.
• Amber - We have availability but it would be advisable to check with reception to avoid the risk of losing any direct bookings that may have confirmed in your property.
• Green - You can confirm bookings without contacting our reception department beforehand.
